We want your celebration supplies to arrive on time and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Custom or personalized items may require 5-7 additional business days for production before shipping.

Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

International: We currently ship to select countries. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier's site. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please wait one additional business day, then contact us at confettidreamsllc@outlook.com.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and items and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement promptly.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Certain oversized, fragile, or hazardous items (e.g., pressurized balloons, aerosol cans) may have shipping restrictions. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.

During peak seasons (holidays, major events), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time arrival.
